To Serve Is To Rule

In last week's rant by Jeffrey Gitomer, he complains about how crappy customer service continues to be in this country. He says that this problem is easily fixable if everyone adopts the Chinese proverb, "To Serve Is To Rule". Yet many business owners don't spend a nickel training their employees on customer service. In trying to save a nickel, it it costing owners much more in lost business. Jeffrey says business owners have a personal responsibility to convert their procedures and processes to make certain that all their customers feel great doing business with their company.
